Official procedure
1. Confirm Albania’s current visa regime and the exact C visa, D visa, residence, unique-permit or protection basis.
2. Complete the employer, school, host, company, family or preliminary-authority stage where applicable.
3. Submit the correct online, diplomatic-consular or e-Albania application with route-specific evidence.
4. Complete fees, originals, biometrics, police, medical, interview and labour-market requirements where applicable.
5. Await the decision, travel only when authorised, register the address and collect the permit where required.
